About the Department
Established in 2014, the Department of Chemistry is dedicated to imparting quality education in Chemical Sciences. The department offers Honours and General courses following the syllabus prescribed by Manipur University.
The department aims to equip students with strong theoretical foundations and research-oriented practical skills to contribute meaningfully to science and society.

Outreach & Academic Excellence
The Department actively conducts outreach programs to promote Chemistry among school students and collaborates with research institutes to enhance academic exposure.
Currently, three dedicated faculty members contribute to teaching, mentoring, research, and institutional development.
